My latest design I made for a local restaurant.  They wanted t-shirts to give to their customers who are able to eat their Grizzly Burger!

The owners have a picture board in the restaurant entry way.  If you have your picture up on the board already, the next time you eat and finish the Grizzly Burger you will get a t-shirt!
